Choosing the correct method of training.

It is important that you remember the types of training that were done to improve fitness and the specific aspects you chose to look at. You should explain the method of training and the benefits of doing that form, followed by how you employed that method. (i.e. what you did.)
Remember for training to be effective you need to link the 'principles of training' to the appropriate methods of training
